To ensure a smooth and fair process for both sides, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

📦 Parcel Check Requirement

• Customers must check the parcel in front of the delivery rider or record an unboxing video upon receiving the package.

• This helps us ensure transparency and resolve any issues quickly.

🚚 If You Refuse the Parcel

• If the product is accurate and undamaged, and the customer refuses to accept it, the delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

🔁 Exchange & Resends

• In case of a size exchange or parcel resend, the exchange delivery charge will be covered by the customer.

⚠️ Please Note:

• Returns or exchanges without proof (parcel check or video) will not be accepted.

• Items must be unused and in original condition for any exchange request.
